We are pleased to announce the second preconstruction release of our newest “Eagles Landing Townhomes” in Crestview, Florida.

The level of interest for Eagles Landing Townhomes has been tremendous and all 124 units released in our first phase were sold immediately. We expect that there will be competitive demand in our second release. Therefore, reservations will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis until all units are reserved. Please include your deposit check with your completed reservation agreement. The prices listed are pre-construction pricing only and subject to change without further notice.

Until the unit residences are assigned by the Developer and accepted by the Buyer, please insert TBD (To Be Determined) in the blanks for the unit number and purchase price, which appear in the Reservation Agreement.

Our wishes are to be able to assign every buyer their desired unit, but due to the high demand we cannot promise that there will be sufficient units to assign for every reservation agreement received.

A fully refundable Two Thousand, Five Hundred dollar ($2,500) reservation deposit will be required with your completed Reservation Agreement, Unit Preference form, W9 form and copy of picture ID. This deposit counts toward the 10% down payment if you choose to go to contract.
